I'M HERE TO HELP.
Hi! It’s me, Kaci, real estate agent, investor and curator. I’m a native Texan and have called Fort Worth home for nearly twenty years. My husband and I are both from East Texas but met at the legendary Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo in 2007 and we decided to plant our roots here in Cowtown. We have two mostly darling kids, James and Eve, and a goldendoodle named Tom.
I began dabbling in real estate in 2012 when I started "fixing up" our first home in historic Ryan Place; I decided to get my license in 2014. Leading up to making real estate my career, I worked in the sales department at WFAA Channel 8, as a “physician liaison” for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospitals, then I had a brief career as a history professor for Tarrant County and Weatherford Colleges. I received a Master of Arts in History from UT Arlington in 2012 and, while I thoroughly enjoyed learning about history, it became abundantly clear that I wasn’t meant to teach it.
I earned my “historic home specialist” designation in 2015 and I’ve had a blast updating and realizing the highest and best use of properties, while maintaining their unique features. I joined Burt Ladner Real Estate in 2016 while 6 months pregnant with my daughter and I'm so grateful for the unbelievably sweet blessing the brokerage has been to me and my family.
